These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASTORISK Global Intelligence Platform ("Platform"), operated by Luxe5 International, Inc. doing business as GGT WORLDWISE ("GGT," "ASTORISK," "we," or "us"). Your access to or use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. GGT may immediately terminate these Terms or any services with respect to you at any time for any reason.
Enterprise subscribers are additionally governed by a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") executed with GGT. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA, the MSA prevails for that subscriber.
GGT may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
The ASTORISK Platform is a global security intelligence service providing threat assessments, risk ratings, airport and country intelligence, travel risk analysis, and related security data ("Intelligence Content"). Intelligence Content is curated by GGT's Global Security Operations Center ("GSOC").
Depending on subscription tier, the Platform includes: country and airport intelligence, threat rating dashboards, custom analyst brief requests, trip risk assessment, alert watchlists, and debrief capabilities.
To access most Platform features, you must register for and maintain an active user account. Registration requires accurate submission of your name, business email address, company affiliation, and a valid payment method (for paid tiers).
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials confidential. Notify GGT immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.
GGT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is compromised, in violation of these Terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.
The Platform offers Free, Light, Mid, Heavy, and Enterprise tiers. Enterprise subscriptions are governed by a separately executed MSA which supersedes these standard tier terms for that subscriber.
Intelligence Content is produced by GSOC analysts drawing on open-source intelligence, partner data sources, historical incident records, and professional judgment. It is intended to inform awareness and preparedness — not to replace professional security consulting or government travel advisories.
GGT does not guarantee the availability or continuity of Intelligence Content. GSOC assessments may differ from government advisories or other sources.
Any product, report, application, dashboard, email, or communication that incorporates ASTORISK Intelligence Content must include clear, visible attribution. Attribution must not be hidden or suppressed.
GGT monitors Platform activity across all accounts including brief request submissions, seat utilization, and data export patterns for capacity planning, fraud prevention, and commercial fairness.
Usage data is not sold or shared with third parties and is handled per GGT's Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly in U.S. Dollars. Enterprise accounts are invoiced per their MSA (Net 15 from invoice date, paid by ACH). Credit card accounts are charged on the billing date.
GGT may revise pricing at any time. For Enterprise accounts, the MSA notice period applies. For self-service accounts, 30 days' notice will be provided. Continued use after a rate change constitutes acceptance.
Overdue direct-bill balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month. GGT may suspend access after written notice of non-payment.
GGT treats subscriber data — including account details, usage patterns, brief request content, and information submitted to GSOC — as confidential. GGT will not disclose subscriber information to third parties except: (a) as required by law; (b) to service providers under confidentiality obligations; or (c) with subscriber's consent.
GGT's full Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.
All Intelligence Content, threat ratings, security briefs, analytical frameworks, ASTORISK brand assets, software, and Platform architecture are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Luxe5 International, Inc. These Terms grant no ownership rights. Subscribers retain ownership of independent work product that incorporates Intelligence Content, provided it complies with Sections 4.3 and 6.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL INTELLIGENCE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GGT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GGT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. GGT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Platform or Intelligence Content; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) any product you develop using Intelligence Content; or (iv) your violation of applicable law.
GGT may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach, non-payment, misuse of Intelligence Content, or attribution violations. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused portions unless GGT terminates without cause.
Sections 4.3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Houston, Texas. Either party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
Claims must be brought individually — not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. By agreeing to these Terms you waive your right to a trial by jury.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. To the extent any dispute is adjudicated in court, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; all remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any executed MSA and GGT's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GGT with respect to the Platform.
Amendments. GGT may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
Waiver. GGT's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without GGT's prior written consent.
