These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASTORISK Global Intelligence Platform ("Platform"), operated by Luxe5 International, Inc. doing business as GGT WORLDWISE ("GGT," "ASTORISK," "we," or "us"). Your access to or use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and GGT.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms expressly supersede all prior agreements or arrangements relating to the Platform. GGT may immediately terminate these Terms or any services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Platform or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
Enterprise subscribers are additionally governed by a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") executed with GGT. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA, the MSA prevails with respect to the enterprise subscriber's use.
GGT may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments become effective upon posting. Your continued access to the Platform after an amendment constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.
The ASTORISK Platform is a global security intelligence service that provides users with threat assessments, risk ratings, airport and country intelligence, travel risk analysis, and related security data ("Intelligence Content"). Intelligence Content is curated and maintained by GGT's Global Security Operations Center ("GSOC") — a team of professional security analysts.
The Platform includes, depending on subscription tier: country and airport intelligence search, threat rating dashboards, custom analyst brief requests, trip risk assessment tools, alert watchlists, and debrief capabilities.
To access most features of the Platform, you must register for and maintain an active user account ("Account"). Account registration requires accurate submission of personal and organizational information including name, business email address, company affiliation, and a valid payment method (for paid tiers).
You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and current Account information at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify GGT immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach.
GGT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that appears to be compromised, in violation of these Terms, or associated with fraudulent activity.
The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Light, Mid, Heavy, and Enterprise). Features and usage limits vary by tier. Enterprise subscriptions are governed by an MSA executed separately with GGT and supersede the standard tier terms for the named enterprise subscriber.

Intelligence Content on the ASTORISK Platform is produced by GSOC analysts drawing on open-source intelligence, partner data sources, historical incident records, and professional judgment. It is intended to inform awareness and preparedness — not to replace professional security consulting or government travel advisories.
GGT does not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or continuity of Intelligence Content. GSOC analysts exercise independent professional judgment; their assessments may differ from government advisories or other sources.
Any product, report, application, dashboard, email, or communication that incorporates or surfaces ASTORISK Intelligence Content must include clear, visible attribution to ASTORISK and GGT WORLDWISE. Attribution must not be hidden, suppressed, or placed in a location that is not reasonably visible to the end user.

The ASTORISK logo is available for attribution use at https://astorisk.com/astorisk/logo_astorisk_gsl.png. Logo usage is permitted solely for attribution; it may not be altered or used in a manner that implies partnership, endorsement, or co-branding beyond the scope of these Terms.
GGT monitors Platform activity across all accounts, including brief request submissions, seat utilization, and data export patterns. This monitoring is used for capacity planning, fraud prevention, and commercial fairness.
Usage data collected for monitoring purposes is not sold or shared with third parties and is handled in accordance with GGT's Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis in U.S. Dollars. Enterprise accounts are invoiced per the terms of their MSA. Standard direct-bill terms are Net 15 from invoice date, paid by ACH. Credit card accounts are charged on the billing date; if a primary payment method fails, GGT may charge a secondary payment method on file.
GGT reserves the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. For Enterprise accounts, pricing adjustments require the notice period specified in the MSA. For self-service accounts, 30 days' notice will be provided. Continued use after a rate change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Overdue balances on direct-bill accounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month. GGT may suspend access to accounts with overdue balances after providing written notice.
GGT treats subscriber data — including account details, usage patterns, brief request content, and any information submitted to GSOC — as confidential. GGT will not disclose subscriber information to third parties except: (a) as required by law or legal process; (b) to service providers operating under confidentiality obligations; or (c) with subscriber's consent.
Subscriber acknowledges that GSOC analysts may view brief request submissions and associated itinerary data in the course of producing analyst briefs. This access is strictly for service delivery and is subject to GGT's confidentiality obligations.

All Intelligence Content, threat ratings, security briefs, analytical frameworks, ASTORISK brand assets, software, and Platform architecture are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Luxe5 International, Inc. These Terms grant no ownership rights. Subscriber retains ownership of any independent work product that incorporates Intelligence Content, provided such work product complies with Sections 4.3 and 6 of these Terms.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL INTELLIGENCE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GGT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GGT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR INTELLIGENCE CONTENT IS CURRENT OR CORRECT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GGT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO GGT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. GGT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY — EVEN IF GGT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GGT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Platform or any Intelligence Content; (ii) your breach or violation of these Terms; (iii) any product or application you develop using Intelligence Content, including any third-party claims arising from your removal of required attribution; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
GGT may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including material breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse of Intelligence Content, or violation of attribution requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid period unless GGT terminates without cause.
Sections 4.3, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform (collectively, a "Dispute") will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Houston, Texas. You and GGT each retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or misuse of Intelligence Content.
Each party agrees to bring claims only in its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent any dispute is adjudicated in court (including for injunctive relief), the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any executed MSA and GGT's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GGT with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements relating to its subject matter.
Amendments. GGT may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Waiver. GGT's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged in writing.
Agency. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and GGT as a result of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without GGT's prior written consent. GGT may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.
Notice. GGT may provide notice by posting on the Platform, by email to your Account address, or by first-class mail to your address on file. Email notice is effective 12 hours after sending; mail is effective 48 hours after posting.
